This 220gr sausage is made on the basis of our best-selling sausage in wine to which we add 1% of Espelette pepper powder PDO,
This spice, used by the greatest chefs in the world, gives our sausage a touch of Basque character. It will delight the palate of young and old alike, thanks to a slight hint at the back of the palate.
